No Returns or Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: Feb 1st, 2025. 

1. Final Sale Statement

  • All items on our web store are Final Sale. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or changing preferences.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Include clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will review and, at our sole discretion, may replace the damaged item.
  • Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event that an item has an obvious manufacturing defect (unrelated to shipping), contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide detailed photos, and we will determine if a replacement is warranted.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Immediate Processing: Orders typically enter our fulfillment queue immediately upon placement. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible at info@sebastianhurn.com
  • No Guaranteed Cancellation: Once production or shipping has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the order ships, the Final Sale policy applies.

4. Product Descriptions and Colors

  • Accurate Representation: We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, materials, and dimensions. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings, device displays, or lighting conditions.
  • No Returns for Color Variance: Minor color variations between the on-screen display and the final product do not qualify as a defect or damage.

  • This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
