At Hurn X, LLC, each piece of art is printed to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because of this, production and fulfillment times vary. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will ship.

2. Production Time

  • Printed to Order: Once an order is placed, our team initiates the printing process. This custom production ensures you receive a piece created specifically for you.
  • Production Window: Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be printed, processed, and prepared for shipment.

3. Estimated Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): After printing and fulfillment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Typically, domestic shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Basic shipping is always free!

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Confirmation: When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the delivery progress.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@sebastianhurn.com, and we will do our best to assist.

6. Shipping Delays

  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, such as inclement weather, strikes, natural disasters, or custom clearance delays.
  • Peak Season: During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volume and potential carrier delays.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that the address can be updated if the fulfillment process has already begun.
  • Undeliverable Packages: Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, inability to deliver, or refusal upon delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees if you request reshipment.
